Stan Chia serves as COO of Grubhub. Stan’s responsibilities include operations infrastructure, business development, data operations, advanced analytics, general management of the local markets, and all aspects of Grubhub’s revenue, including corporate, restaurant and enterprise sales. Stan is focused on delivering an unparalleled experience for Grubhub diners while bringing superior value to restaurant partners. Since joining the company in April 2015, he has helped grow Grubhub Delivery from five to nearly 70 markets.
Prior to landing at Grubhub, Stan held multiple senior leadership roles at Amazon, Cisco and General Electric, running multibillion dollar P&Ls, as well as strategic supply chain organizations. Stan was recently named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 40 Under 40 list in 2016.

Brown Bag Seafood Co. is Donna's first venture. After years in the restaurant industry, both fine dining and fast casual managment, Donna developed a recipe to provide fresh fish to the masses. She thrives on time with her team, recipe development and optimizing the system she has created with the professionals who support her. While her experience in service and operations serves as the backbone for daily operations, her family's support and diverse range of talents have been instrumental in branding, real estate development and perhaps above all else, in providing a constant source of inspiration.

Theresa Cantafio is the director of marketing at Brisan, a Chicago Fulton Market-based food and beverage consulting group, and a founding partner of Go Clean Label. Cantafio has worked with food companies of all sizes, from savvy startups to Fortune-100’s.
Her background includes: product development and design, garde manger and formal culinary development, sensory and consumer research, food photography and journalism, and food marketing and business strategy. She is industry-recognized for her accurate culinary trend research that uses holistic design principles to predict future trends. Cantafio has also contributed food and beverage thought leadership articles to publications such as Food Dive, Chicago Woman magazine, SmartBrief, and FoodBev Media.
Adam Cummis is the President and Chief Executive of LFP Restaurant Holdings (“LFP”). Under Mr. Cummis’ leadership, LFP Restaurant Holdings is quickly establishing itself as a formidable restaurant and hotel conglomerate. In particular, Mr. Cummis has put LFP on a path to rapidly expand its interests in Blaze Pizza, an assembly-line artisanal pizza venture, throughout Illinois and South Florida with plans to develop additional locations in 2017 - 2018 to add to the 17 already in operation. Systemwide sales were $6 million in 2013 and hit $185 million last year. Blaze is targeting $285 million this year and $1.1 billion by 2022.
LFP’s portfolio also includes several Pollo Campero restaurants, the famous Guatemalan chicken restaurant, and Cleo, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant recently opened in Miami Beach.
Mr. Cummis grew up in the restaurant industry working in a family-owned restaurant prior to heading to the University of Florida where he achieved Bachelor and Master degrees in Accountancy. Subsequent to attending the University of Florida, Mr. Cummis was employed in the financial advisory and audit divisions of Price Waterhouse in South Florida and Chicago. Mr. Cummis then spent several years as a consultant with AlixPartners, a global provider of corporate turnaround, litigation consulting and forensic accounting services.

Ari Bendersky is a Chicago-based lifestyle journalist specializing in food, wine, music and travel and is the author of "1000 Food & Art Styling Ideas,” a coffee table book highlighting beautiful food photography. Ari, the former founding editor of Eater Chicago, has been writing for 20+ years and his work has appeared in the New York Times, Associated Press, Men's Journal, Wine Enthusiast, Departures, RollingStone.com, Chicago magazine, Huffington Post and many more publications. He produces a series of lifestyle videos for real estate company @properties and recently began shooting a series of 360 videos as the host covering personalities in the food and beverage arena.
